Contrology Studio and Natalie's Energy Flow Studio are organising a Sunset Sailing & Aerial Arts Day Experience on Saturday, 12th of July. ⛵️

Join us for a unique day at sea (6 hours sunset trip) combining sailing, swimming, and light aerial fun on deck – featuring a hammock and aerial hoop on board!

Whether you’re an aerial enthusiast or just curious to try something new, this trip is open to everyone – no experience necessary.

We’ll set sail, take refreshing swims, enjoy relaxed movement, and play under the open sky.

Last year, some guests came purely for the sailing and sea vibes – and that’s more than welcome, too!

‼️ Aerial Duo Choreography Workshop ‼️

This Workshop is for people who have some experience in Aerial Hammock Poses, but most importantly being able to invert and knowing the basics.

The workshop will start with a warmup sequence on and off the hammock and the rest is just dancing! Easy but challenging, and finally fun!

Limited Number of Participants!!
