(2 containers, one for each hand. I only had one)
15 SHOULDER PRESS
20 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

This guy deserves a post❗
His fitness journey started one year ago, when he found the motivation and will to change his lifestyle and improve his health and physique forever. All the sacrifices of 2019 paid off and the new year will finally find him healthier, stronger and one step closer to his goals. I feel very proud for his every day progress and we aim for better results in the next year.
