to visiting back in 2014 the Mecca of Muay Thai, the world famous Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. This was the first trip we have organized as a gym to Thailand and what an amazing experience it was!

The Senshi belt is coming home! Big congratulations to our champion Loukas Tryfonos for his win at Senshi last night in Varna, Bulgaria.
Loukas is a prime example of what hard work, dedication and self belief can achieve.
We want to thank Mr. Nikolay Atanasov and Mr. Bobby Jade for the invitation to compete in this excellent event. Special mention is due to Mrs. Proleta Vasileva for all the help, support and making us feel as comfortable as possible. We'd also like to thank Alexandros Tryfonos for his valuable help as a second in the corner. Massive respect to our champion's mother Kyproula Tryfonos for all the support before, during and after the fight. Big shout out goes to every Fight & Fitness Co. fight team member for putting their busy schedule aside to help prepare and big respect to Paphos Thai Boxing & MMA Fight Club and Mr. Christos Nicolaou for the hard sparrings and the great training they have provided. Special mention is due to our sponsors Blackbeard and DEXX computers for supporting our team and our champion on this journey.
