Today’s challenge was all about explosiveness and lower body power 👀

We started with full body extension — literally from the top of your head down to your toes — and then made it even harder by going from fully extended arms all the way down to your feet.

Sounds simple… until you actually try it 😂

The girls were strugglingggg but everyone pushed through and the results were so good. Definitely one of those exercises that looks way easier than it is

Chin-up buttercups 🌸
If pull-ups feel a little too advanced right now, chin-ups are an amazing way to build strength and confidence on the bar 💪

• Use an underhand grip
• Wrap your thumbs around the bar
• Keep wrists in line with elbows + shoulders
• Pull your shoulder blades down first
• Look up, chin up
• Pull until your chin clears the bar

Not strong enough for full body weight yet?
Use bands, do negatives, and keep practicing. Strength comes with reps 🤝

It's unreal how much I'm used to seeing those mad ladies! One missed sessions and I feel my social battery is low! They drain it and recharge it by tenfold! Being away from my gang is hard but the next training will be even harder 🤣♥️

Everyone loves to travel.
No one loves the stiff hips, tight back, and sore neck that come with hours of sitting in airports and planes.

Instead of just scrolling at the gate, take 5 minutes and reset your body:

• Seated Forward Fold
• Seated Twist
• Seated Figure 4
• Chest Stretch
• Neck Stretch

Just move a little, feel a lot better. Don't be a cranky traveler and enjoy your holidays without having to recover from transit.
