Provisional schedule for Monkey Masters (Beginners) and Apex Apes (Advanced) Categories on November 3rd:

Warm-up for Monkey masters begins at 8:30am until 8:50am
Monkey Masters semi-finals start at 9:00 (until ~10:30)

Warm-up for Apex Apes begins at 10:30am until 10:50am.
Apex Apes semi-finals start at 11:00
(until ~12:30)

Monkey Masters finals start at 12:50
(until ~14:30)

Apex Apes finals start at 15:00 (until ~16:45)

Award ceremony at 17:00

*LCC will be open like usual until Sunday

Comp season is upon us once again, starting off with the kids comp on Saturday the 12th of October!

Join our group coaching sessions every Tuesday evening with !

During the sessions we will be covering warming up, various techniques, projecting strategies, creating a training plan and much more!

There will be ~9 slots available per session, send us a message or come by the gym for availability.

Provisional schedule for the Chimp-ionship (July 27th):
Monkey masters semis: 8:30am
Chimp champs semis: 9:50am
Apex apes semis: 11:30am

30 minute break

Monkey masters finals: 12pm
Chimp champs finals: 1:30pm
Apex apes finals: 3:30pm

Awards ceremony for all categories: ~5:30pm
