Climbing in Mallorca in Spring is so amazing! Thousands of routes for sport climbing and also perhaps just as many for deep water solo.

Sadly the water was too cold for me 🥶

2022 is coming soon and I thought I would take stock my of fitness when I came across this post.

While everyone is at a different point in their health and fitness, having a standard to measuring yourself against is a good point to start.

During the pandemic I've learned the value of functional fitness. Before the end of the year, I will see how if I am part of the 1% this post mentions. If I'm not there yet, that's OK! I'll know the gap I feel to cross to cecome a part of the 1%.

This is breakfast lunch and dinner on a typical Saturday ☺️ I try to eat a variety of fresh veggies (5 a day!)

My 5 week trip to the US was epic and I'm so thankful, but it's also nice to cook again with access to a full kitchen and not have a sandstorm in the middle of the desert start while cooking 😅

Making my spaghetti bolognaise in Camp 4 Yosemite with a Capris salad was different somehow than making it at home.

Cooking way too much for dinner, enough for lunch the next day makes life so much easier while climbing!

American breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and whole grain Spelt flour pancakes. Ghee instead of butter and monk fruit sugar as substitutes in pancakes.

Pasta and salad night again. First time I've used this form of pasta before and it was delicious! Spinach and dried tomatoes for the sauce paired with a Rucola salad 😋

Not so bad for a camping dinner if I say so myself ☺️ although making pasta in Italy seems somehow sacrilegious!
