Missing my wonderful students...
These photos are from our last open training just before everything got closed...
Due to the current situation classes had to be stopped but I am working on creating videos for strength and stretching. I will post them here once they are ready.
Also, I will do an online class for us to work on our power and flexibility specifically for aerial and of course so that we can all meet 🥰 so stay tuned!
