Aerial Hoop classes for all levels in Berlin, Germany by Emily Cage In 2011 I started Fly Fit - an aerial fitness studio. At least for now.

A year and a half ago I decided to tour the world so I had to change my plans. I moved my studio online, to the web and I teach around the world. If you want to catch my classes, find me now at London at London Academy of Poledancing.

We had a lovely 15 min. abs online Zoom training today and so I decided that this will take place every Sunday. You are most welcome to join, just drop me a message for the invitation.

Due to the current situation classes had to be stopped but I am working on creating videos for strength and stretching. I will post them here once they are ready.
Also, I will do an online class for us to work on our power and flexibility specifically for aerial and of course so that we can all meet 🥰 so stay tuned!
