And another very good one in Brazil ... this time my classical Pilates instructor. I go there twice a week for a nice workout (5 minutes by foot 🤩).
And yes it's possible for me to work out with just um pouco de portugese: due to the fact I'm classically trained I know the whole Pilates repertoire by heart (plus variations) ... and language issues don't exist 😎💪

Pilates is the best sport - you can do it anytime and everywhere. You just need a body ... and a bit of motivation 😉

I am very thankful for our brazilian life! 🇧🇷 It's amazing to be here and I have time for my sports i.e Pilates& running at the beach.
