Philia is a non-profit, member-led women empowerment network with local teams in cities across the globe. Our mission? Helping women support each other—through structure, reflection, and connection.

As a volunteer Project Lead, you’ll be the link between our board and our City Leads, helping our local teams grow, stay connected, and thrive. This is a part-time, remote, volunteer role—ideal for someone who loves community-building and wants to help shape a global sisterhood.
