100% looking for sympathy here 😅, as I enter my 8th week of school holidays here whilst:

- leading a 200 hr teacher training, teaching events, conducting a sold out retreat in Puglia, booking sponsorship jobs, teaching classes in between … and doing the marketing , admin, planning for it all.

God knows I’d lose a limb for these two, but saying it out loud - the juggle takes me completely out of stability OFTEN,
and teaching /freelancing is a hustle - both behind the scenes and on the mat.

I’ve learnt that more than ever, yoga teachers need support , whether you’re in a never-ending school holiday summer break or not.

Teacher training week has begun, and I can’t help but remember the importance of silence.

Amidst the sharing of information and teaching from a manual, my biggest hope is to pass on the tools and courage to listen inward.

There’s a lot of noise out there, be your own guru ❤️‍🔥.

Celebrating my grandmother’s birthday today - her first one in a more heavenly place.
She would have turned 104 years.

She was fierce, bold and fun,
and set the stage for strong women to come 💥.
