Having a vision, is not just some catchphrase brands use to slap on their marketing material (hopefully). ⭐ It’s a North Star. It’s something we, as individuals, should all have for ourselves, so that we’re always on one of the trajectories that lead us to our destination… So, that we clearly understand why we’re doing what we’re doing.
Let’s not forget the mission! It’s just as important to know and understand how we are getting to our destination—and what do we need to do to get there!
