This is the first major outtake from everything we've practiced before – the moment where all the individual exercises come together into one continuous form.

5 sword principles. One flow.

劈剑 Pi Jian – Splitting

撩剑 Liao Jian – Lifting

抹剑 Mo Jian – Stroking

扫剑 Sao Jian – Sweeping

刺剑 Ci Jian – Thrusting

Six principles. Woven together. One Flow.

Each technique maps to a trigram of the Xian Tian Bagua.

What makes this sequence special:

The key principles are woven into every movement – weight shifting forth and back, rising and sinking, opening and closing of body and movement.

Practice diligently. Focus on clean ex*****on.
