I left my corporate career behind to build a completely new career and life, pretty much overnight.

I often get asked what the transition from corporate to teaching fitness full time looked like, and honestly there barely was one. I was so burnt out that I could barely get out of bed in the mornings, so starting my barre certification gave me something to look forward to. But before I even had the chance to finish it and start teaching, I had already decided to leave my corporate job behind.

Sometimes even without a plan B and with so much uncertainty ahead, leaving something behind, whether that’s a career, a relationship or a city, creates the space you need to think clearly and figure out what’s next 🫶

I love teaching, but over the last couple of months I’ve realized I want to build something bigger, and honestly teaching has been taking over most of my days and weeks. So once again, even though I’m not sure what’s next, cutting down on a few slots will give me more space to breathe and allow for whatever comes next to find me ✨

Whilst everyone ran the Berlin marathon today I’m celebrating the fact that I ran a proper 5km this week 🥹

I’ve always wanted to become a runner and join run clubs but I’ve been sooo intimidated by it 😬 it was honestly so chill and not that bad like yes I kinda suffered but I did it somehow?? And it’s been so good slowly getting back into a routine, as I’ve been focusing on making everyone around me hot, so yes it’s my turn now 🤭

Maybe I’ll run the marathon next year lol let’s see ✌️
