I'm a big fan of working from home as I can easily engage in deep work when there are no distractions.
I also enjoy training in the middle of the day when the gyms are empty.
Plus, a break from work in the middle of the day refreshes my mind and I can keep working until late.
But I definitely struggle with blurred boundaries when I'm home alone.

I'm proud of myself for staying consistent with training through a hectic year that involved retiring my soccer career, moving to another city, and switching jobs.
In 2025 I'm looking forward to run my first marathon.
What are you proud of and what are your goals?

Often people will have goals of how they want to look and feel.
They'll go to the gym because it's the right place to be.
But, surprisingly often they don't have a plan.
They do random exercises at random intensities randomly often.
Random wont get you to your goals.
If you want to make progress you need to have a plan.
Stick to it for a few months.
Track and collect data.
Progressively overload.
And make progress.

You need to go close to failure.
If after your 10th rep you feel like could have done more, you need to pick up heavier weights.
You can try out different rep ranges, it doesn't have to be 10.
It can be 15, 20, or even more.
But you should be close to failure in the end.
What rep are you lifting in and are you going close to failure?
Let me know in the comments.
