GrappleThon

GrappleThons are Brazilian jiu jitsu events where the BJJ community gets together to roll for a predetermined period, fundraising for a worthy cause.

After I watched a live stream of the 'Grappling for Health' event in Ontario, Canada in March 2011, I was inspired to try and do something similar here in the UK. I finally had the opportunity to run my first GrappleThon in September 2012 and continue to organise events annually.
