WCA World-Cutman-Association

In this union there is a democratic constitution and every member has equal voting rights, so all decisions are taken together! We are equal, we all have the same rights!

All members elect an Chairmen and a deputy for a period of 2 years!

Likewise, there is a Financemaster who will take care of any necessary financial matters, such as sponsoring, paying for websites, or general expenses for arranging seminars and meetings!

Each member pays a small annual fee, which is automatically transferred to the organization's account, either monthly, half-yearly or once a year!

The seat of the organization is Überlingen in Germany, because here also the foundation has taken place!

The Chairman will be re-elected by ALL members after 2 years, or after personal / health separation, death. As long as no organizer is available, takes over his deputy! After taking over a new organizer, the previous one has the option of assisting the elected organizer for 2 years as substitute, if he or she refuses to do so, a new member has to be chosen who fulfills this task!

After the elections, all the important passwords, bank details and even procedures have to be passed on without problems and honorably to the newly responsible!

It is only in a democratic system that one has the opportunity to assert an idea from the root that leads the vast majority of important questions and rules to a mutually satisfactory result!

The WCA, the World Cutman Association was born, an organization staffed with doctors, healthcare professionals, and seasoned carers and Cutmen / Woman.

Primary goals of the organization are the mutual support among each other, but also for non-members who need help with questions in the professional care in the field of martial arts!

Likewise, seminars and meetings are planned where one exchanges and supports one another in friendship and mutual respect!

At these meetings, special topics are presented in detail and professionally with specialist, medical support and discussed!

Further standards will be set in the near future, when the foundation of WCA has come to a democratic conclusion and the first responsible ones have been elected!

For all decisions, elections will take place on previously announced dates, which each member can perform!

Resolutions become effective when a topic has been decided by an absolute majority and the result is then announced by the organizer or his deputy!

The discussions are always fair, polite and without injuries or insults! A committee of 7 members will be set up to decide in difficult situations how to decide on possible quarrels with members or external problems!

Every Cutman or Cutwoman can use the tape material he prefer, regardless of potential sponsor .

We are Cutman and Cutwoman who come from different parts of the world and countries, there will always come back to discussions which have to be fair, respectful and gentleman like.
