Over the past few days, there was a big change in GYROTONIC® company, which made the community question and have an unsettled atmosphere.🌀
I’ve planned this gyrotonic trainer get-together months ago and it was a great moment actually now to get together and talk about our thoughts and exchange🌸🙏🏼
I’ve always wished for more exchange and collaboration with trainers in your own city, since GYROTONIC® community is anyways so small ! we don’t always have to be a competition but some people think differently.
I was glad at least to have some trainers here at my own studio
Together and do some drinking and talk about arch and curl 😆🥂

GYROTONIC® foundation course is done ✅
2 weeks of hard work has paid off 🙏🏼 we worked 12 days going through step by step, and getting closer to being an apprentice teacher. Now my work is done and they can try their hands on, to other people and spread this wonderful method 😌❤️

One week of GYROKINESIS® pretraining 💪🏼✅
It was such an amazing course with talented and fast Learner students 😍 the level of the class was phenomenal and I could go into super details, and have an intense class ☺️
