I’ll always be a fan of the ocean, but the mountains were truly breathtaking.
Those were two intense months of cycling. Starting next month, I’ll be devoting myself fully to triathlon again and am looking forward to structured training. Still, it was a wonderful experience that I wouldn’t have wanted to miss, and I’ll definitely do it again. Thanks

It’s a shame that some things are over so quickly…
My first gravel bikepacking trip: 9 days along the Swiss-French border through Alsace and the Jura! 🇩🇪🇫🇷🇨🇭Stunning landscapes, lots of bright blue lakes, riding partly along the Tour de France 26 route, and gaining plenty of off-road experience 🐄 A diverse and adventurous experience! It was absolutely wonderful 🫶 And all of that in perfect weather! ☀️There will definitely be a sequel…
Total: 1,100 km with 14,000 meters of elevation gain and some truly special memories ❤️

Nach 4 Jahren Pause, nach 3 sehr ereignisreichen Monaten und einiger Skepsis und nicht geplanter Vorbereitung ein Rennen mit besonders großer Bedeutung! Und ich bin so glücklich, dass es so gelaufen ist! Sehr dankbar bin ich meinem Körper, besonders meinem Fuß, meinem Kopf, meinem und all meinen Mitmenschen, die mich grandios unterstützt haben.

Kwart 🏆 Circuit Zolder 🏆 Triathlon
That was an interesting race format that was a lot of fun. A 1km swim in the canal, which was pretty cold again. But then 10.5 laps = 42km of cycling on the undulating race course with a decent headwind. It’s easy to forget all about pacing in those conditions. It was cool. Finished with a 10km run, which unfortunately included over 500m of extra laps for me due to a misunderstanding with the course marshal. 😏 In the end, though, it was a great event that I can highly recommend.
Overall 3rd place, PAK 2 🏁
A big thank you to for the amazing support over the past 6+ years—I really appreciate it! 🫶
