🌕 **Luna Piena Stasera**
A guardare in alto. A guardarci dentro.

There’s something about the full moon that invites us to pause.
To look up. To look in.
In Somatics, we learn that the body holds what the mind sometimes forgets — tension we didn’t notice, emotions we didn’t name, stories we carry without knowing.
Tonight, the moon is full. Bright. Whole.
And it’s asking you a quiet question:
*What is your body holding right now?*
This is your invitation to slow down.
To place a hand on your chest.
To breathe — not to fix anything, but to feel.
✨ **A simple full moon somatic practice:**
- Find a quiet space. Sit or lie down.
- Close your eyes. Let your breath soften.
- Scan your body slowly — from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
- Notice where there’s tension. Where there’s ease. Where there’s nothing at all.
- Don’t try to change it. Just meet it. With curiosity. With compassion.
- Ask yourself: *What
