According to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) the number one fitness trend for this year is Technology. To be quite honest, this isn't very suprising, is it?

But this development towards monitoring your own health and fitness is not only a result of the pandemic, it is also part of a bigger FitTech Revolution, that will show completely new target groups.

Dr. Marc Weitl, CEO of cardioscan GmbH, says that is what it's all about in the fitness industry right now. One of his products is an app working as a personal AI-Coach, making individualized exercise available for anyone, at any time.
