🌖🌒 SOLSTICE 🌒🌖
The solstice is a turning point, a threshold where the Earth reminds us its cycle’s.
In the northern hemisphere (hello Munich 🇩🇪), it is Summer Solstice - the longest day, a celebration of light, abundance,and expansion. 🌖
Here in the southern hemisphere (hello Chicama 🇵🇪) we welcome the Winter Solstice - the longest night, a time of silence, reflection, and renewal 🌒
Though opposite in season, both moments carry the same essence: transition, the reminder that endings are beginnings. Standing by the ocean in Puerto Malabrigo, I feel this season closes with gratitude, and how the waves whisper of continuity - that lights returns, that growth follows rest, that every pause holds the seed of movement 🙏🏻
May this solstice, whether summer or winter, inspire us to honor the rhythm of nature and life and the rhythm with ourselves, to embrace change, and to walk forward with clarity and warmth ✨
