Get ready for the HYROX CONDITIONING TEST!
🗓️ May 2, 2026
How it Works:
1️⃣ Sign up for the HCT as usual via UN1T, Wellpass, Classpass, Wellhub or Urban Sports Club.
2️⃣ Add your data to the form via the link in our bio.
3️⃣ Download the Output Capture App - we‘ll activate your access.
4️⃣ While you complete the test, all your results will be tracked through the app.
5️⃣ After you finished the test, you’ll receive your personal score, showing exactly where your strengths are and where you can improve.
6️⃣ By following the set movement standards and timing, you can repeat the HCT anytime to track measurable progress. Your total meters and reps give you a clear snapshot of your current fitness level and a benchmark for future training cycles.
