When HOCC launched its youth cricket program, we had one simple goal : to create an environment where children could fall in love with cricket, learn the right values, and enjoy the game.

Just six months later, that vision has already turned into something truly special.

While the trophies are worth celebrating, what makes us even prouder is watching these young players grow in confidence, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship every week. For children with an average age of just 9 years, their determination and maturity on the field have been remarkable.

A sincere thank you to our Youth Club Lead Praveen Rao and coaches Abhiram Alva Kiran Mokashi Vikram Ahuja for driving this initiative with passion, commitment, and a clear vision from day one. Building a successful youth program in such a short time is an incredible achievement.

Finally, thank you to our wonderful parents for believing in this journey and standing beside the children every step of the way. Your support has been the foundation of this success.

🏏 BCV U13 Summerliga Tournament 2026 – A Day of Cricket, Sportsmanship & Community Spirit

The BCV U13 Summerliga Tournament was successfully held at the TSV Hofolding grounds, bringing together four talented teams for a day filled with exciting cricket, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The tournament featured participation from TSV Hofolding, Erding Mallards, DJK München, and Nuremberg. Each team displayed great enthusiasm and competitive spirit, providing the young players with a wonderful opportunity to showcase their skills and enjoy the game.

The tournament marked a special milestone for TSV Hofolding Youth wing as it was their first-ever participation in a BCV-organised tournament. The team made the occasion memorable with an excellent performance, winning all their matches against Erding Mallards, DJK München, and Nuremberg. Their dedication, teamwork, and passion for the game were truly commendable.

Beyond the cricket, the tournament was a celebration of community and togetherness. The excellent infrastructure at TSV Hofolding was highly appreciated by all participating teams and visitors. The well-maintained grounds, smooth organisation, and warm hospitality created a memorable experience for everyone involved.

A special thanks goes to all the players, coaches, volunteers, organisers, and families whose support made the event a great success. The fantastic hospitality and positive atmosphere reflected the true spirit of cricket and the strong bond within the BCV community.
