Ich bin Manon, zertifizierte GYROTONIC®-Trainerin — und ich lebe und arbeite hier in Aichtal.

GYROTONIC® kennen viele noch nicht, dabei ist es genau das, wonach viele suchen: sanfte, dreidimensionale Bewegungen am Gerät, die Rücken, Gelenke und Faszien nähren statt belasten. Kein Krafttraining, keine starren Positionen — sondern fließende Bewegung, die sich nach Entlastung anfühlt.

Meine Trainings finden montags, mittwochs (16–19 Uhr) und freitags in Aichtal statt. Zum Kennenlernen gibt es ein 4er Schnupperpaket für 220 € — vier Einheiten, in denen man wirklich spürt, was sich verändert.
