The official judge's feedback was to build more muscle and go deeper into my diet.

I'm working on doing just that by lifting heavier than ever and making sure that I give my all in the gym. I think one of the biggest misconceptions about bikini is that we need to be careful not to get too big. Maybe that is a problem for some girls, but I know that I've been working for a long time and am still told to build. It is important to have a coach who knows what the division really looks like... Probably even better to have one who has judged shows before 😉 I definitely need a second pair of eyes to tell me what I'm actually seeing.

Time to keep on keeping on!💪💪💪

🐦🐦 Blue skies ahead 🐦🐦

It took me about a full week to burn off the adrenaline from the Portugal show. What a rush! This morning I'm feeling so motivated and ready to embark on a productive building season. How long will my improvement season last?... If it is up to me, it won't be *too* long. Fortunately, I have to be the voice of reason and help me decide when I'll be ready. Although I love the excitement of competing and always look forward to doing it again and again, I want to hit the stage undeniably better than I was last week. With that being said today is LEG DAY!!! Time to put my money where my mouth and put in the work 💪

Summer 2021 -> Summer 2022

At first glance the difference between these two pictures is subtle, but after looking closer there are so many changes. I made it a b&w and whoa! You can really see the differences.

My legs have come a long way. Now I have visible calves, better shape and more definition. Of course, I have more glute. I hope to continue making these improvements and am focusing on this in the coming months!

I'm definitely leaner in the more current picture and more than a few pounds heavier 🙌

Shoulders have better shape and I was able to fill out to bring them in fuller for stage.

I love my new suit color... It *suits* me better 😆

I feel so motivated when I can see my progress. It still somehow surprised me to know that all the little changes I make with diet and training actually do make a huge difference!
