There is a reason why we offer you 3 different models of Stärke swimming paddles!

Each of the is made of carbon and for specific reason!

1. Stärke Flow
- were specifically designed for endurance swim training. Best swimmers cover longer distances in training at a constant pace. Their cadence does not slow down with the distance covered and their technique stays the same during the entire session.

2. Stärke Power
- is inspired by the shape of a hand. Our aim was to create a paddle that increases the shape of swimmer’s hand naturally. As a result the paddle increases the resistance without changing the traction of the hand under water.

3. Stärke Wing
- facilitate the correct catch phase which athletes develop during both interval training and specific technical drills, in particular ’sculling’. STÄRKE WING can be used in swimming any style as well as performing different technical drills. In addition these paddles help to strengthen forearm muscles and improve the wrist position.
