2 Days Above 2,000m - Royal Enfield Himalayan Adventure in Greece

Two Royal Enfield Himalayans. Two riders. Two days deep in the Greek mountains.

We set off on a motorcycle adventure through some of the most spectacular high-altitude terrain in Greece, spending most of our journey above 2,000 metres.

Our destination wasn't a hotel or a campsite.

We climbed to around 2,100 metres, where we built a simple tarp shelter tied directly to our motorcycles and spent the night on the mountain top.

And the reward was incredible.

From our camp we could see Mount Olympus, Flampouro Peak, Mount Bourinos and the distant lights of Kozani stretching across the landscape.

The following morning, under a beautiful blue sky, we continued even higher toward Christakis Refuge at around 2,500 metres — one of the highest points in Greece that can be reached by car.

The road to the refuge felt like riding through the sky.

Kilometre after kilometre of rough mountain tracks, incredible views and pure off-road riding brought us higher into the mountains before we finally turned around and began our journey home.

It wasn't about speed or reaching a destination.

It was about the road, the mountains, the motorcycles, friendship, freedom and those rare moments when you realize how incredibly fortunate we are to experience places like this.

After many kilometres of off-road riding, we returned home tired but full of energy, gratitude and unforgettable memories.

Sometimes the best adventures are the ones that take you far away from everything.

Off Road Into the Wild Greek Mountains - Trout, Wolves & a Solo Night

I headed deep into the Pierian Mountains of Greece on an off-road scouting adventure, searching for a forest road I plan to explore next week.

The journey quickly turned into much more than a simple scouting trip.

I drove through some tricky terrain, discovered beautiful and remote places, and followed a mountain stream where I had heard there were trout. To my surprise, I actually found them — but catching one was a completely different story!

Later, while searching for a place to spend the night, I noticed something that instantly changed the atmosphere: fresh wolf tracks in the forest.

I eventually found a quiet place to camp, set up my hammock, cooked a simple but delicious dinner and settled in for the night.

August might be summer, but high in the mountains the night was surprisingly cold.

A quiet solo adventure, beautiful wilderness, a little wildlife mystery and one of those nights that leaves you feeling completely recharged.

Sometimes you don't need much to fill your batteries again.

Just a mountain, a hammock, a good meal and the freedom to disappear into the wild.

I Found a Hidden Paradise in the Woods… Then Spent the Night There

I headed deep into the woods to explore a beautiful hidden stream… and discovered a place that felt like a secret paradise.

Along the way, I found incredible natural spots, small ready-to-use shelters, little caves, and a beautiful natural pool fed by two small waterfalls. Of course, I couldn't resist jumping in for a swim.

With the stream flowing right beside me, I set up my hammock shelter among the trees and prepared a delicious dinner. As the light disappeared, the sound of running water became the soundtrack to a peaceful night in the forest.

No rush. No noise. Just water, trees, food, and a night completely surrounded by nature.

This is what I love about exploring the wilderness — sometimes you don't need to search for an adventure. You just have to follow the stream.

I Carved a Mushroom With a Chainsaw… Then Spent the Night Hanging by a Stream

I headed deep into the woods to create something from a simple piece of wood — a mushroom carved entirely with a chainsaw.

With permission to work in this beautiful forest, I show you step by step how I make the cuts, shape the wood and bring the mushroom to life. After the chainsaw work, I use an angle grinder to sand and refine the details until the carving is ready.

But the adventure doesn't end there.

With the work finished, I prepare delicious steaks and set up my hammock beside a gorgeous flowing stream. No tarp. No tent. No shelter — just my hammock cocoon, the sound of running water and the forest around me.

I spend the night there, wake up surrounded by nature, pack everything and leave the place exactly as I found it.

Sometimes the best outdoor adventures are simply about creating something with your own hands, slowing down and spending a night in the wild.

I Built a Flying A Shelter & Tested the EASIEST Bow Drill for Beginners!

This time I head deep into the woods for a relaxing solo bushcraft overnight. My goal is to build a lightweight Flying A shelter with a hammock as my bed before putting two different bow drill sets to the test. With a 3-day bushcraft event coming up, I wanted to find out which friction fire set is the most beginner-friendly and easiest to learn.

After building camp, I compare both bow drill combinations, share what makes one easier than the other, cook a delicious dinner and settle in for a peaceful night surrounded by nature.

I Built a HUGE Tarp Shelter With NO Trees… Then a Storm Hit!

Deep in the forest, I set myself a challenge: build a HUGE lean-to tarp shelter without tying it to a single tree.

Using only simple bushcraft techniques and natural materials, I constructed a sturdy shelter from scratch. Afterward, I repaired my damaged splitting axe head with basic tools, cooked a delicious dinner on my bushcraft oven, and settled in for the night.

Then the weather changed.

Heavy rain and strong winds rolled in, putting the shelter to the ultimate test. Despite the stormy conditions, the lean-to held up perfectly and kept me completely dry.

The next morning, I packed up my camp and left the forest exactly as I found it—leaving no trace behind.
