Hamburger SV have closed the 2025/26 financial year with the highest sales volume in the clubโs history. Revenue increased from โฌ126.5 million to โฌ182.1 million, surpassing the previous record of โฌ161.2 million set in the 2008/09 season. That season, HSV reached the semi-finals of both the UEFA Cup and the DFB-Pokal. Net profit increased to โฌ8.1 million, up from โฌ4.4 million the previous year. In the 2025/26 financial year, staff costs accounted for 36.9 per cent of total income. By comparison, in the 2017/18 season, when HSV were relegated from the Bundesliga for the first time, these figures were still 45.5 per cent. ๐
