🤦🏼♀️ Feeling drained after a long day of work and struggling to find the energy for a workout!😏
How do you find the energy for your training after work?
😌 My client asked me this today, and here’s what I answered…
When I have had a tough day and feel overwhelmed, I remind myself of how AMAZING it feels after finishing my workout. The boost of energy and mental clarity is ALWAYS worth it. 💥 I tell myself to focus, disconnect from everything that keeps my mind busy, and just dive into the training. It is not something you learn after your first session, but it comes with time. The more you get into the rhythm of training, the more you notice how much your body CRAVES that workout and how strong it makes you feel—physically and mentally.
Keep pushing, the energy will follow! ✨🙌🏻
