What a week it has been in Lanaken, on the occasion of the FEI WBFSH World Breeding Championships for Jumping Young Horses (5, 6, and 7-year-old).

It is with deep sadness that we bid farewell to Hannoveraner Verband former breeding director and managing director Dr Jochen Wilkens, Honorary member of the WBFSH, who passed away on 15 August 2026 at the age of 85 following a short, serious illness.
