Harlem United Sports & Community Club

Management of Harlem United Sports and Community Club and Jolly's Pharmacy renewed their Partnership/Relationship for another year.

The partnership which began in 2025 for the first year was very beneficial to both parties so it was a no brainer for both entities in renewing the relationship for another Year.

At the signing of the new contract the Manager and member of staff were presented with a Replica away Jersey for the 2026 football season.

Promex Harlem United suffered it's first defeat of the season on Saturday 2nd May 2026.

After a hard fought victory in their first match of the season, their second match versus the Three time defending champions CCCUL Dublanc FC didn't come at the right time.

Although the match began with much promise for Promex Harlem United as they stood toe to toe with Dublanc FC in the early stages of the first half, with both teams creating goal scoring opportunities which they failed to convert, CCCUL Dublanc FC however began to tighten their grip on the match.

CCCUL Dublanc FC opened the scoring midway through the first half and took control from their on. Two more goals followed before the first half ended which saw Promex Harlem United 3 goals to nil down at the half time interval.

Promex Harlem United was much better defensively in the second half but didn't create much offensively.

CCCUL Dublanc created a number of chances in the second half, Promex Harlem United Goalkeeper and defense came of with some important saves but could not prevent CCCUL Dublanc FC from converting two more opportunities in the second half for their 5 goals to nil victory.

It was a eye opener for Promex Harlem United as a number of weakness was exposed both defensively and offensively which needs to improve if they are to compete for top honors in the DFA Premier League.

Promex Harlem United got of to a winning start in the 2026 DFA Premier League in Stockfarm on Friday 24th April 2026.

Under new Head Coach and Staff it was the perfect start to the campaign.

Newly promoted Do it Center Mighty Avengers was no push over they gave Promex Harlem United the run that was needed to evaluate the where they are at the start of the season.

Promex Harlem United feathered Three new signings in their starting lineup. Goalkeeper Mervan Johnson, Midfielder Casey Ernest and Striker Montel James.

Both clubs had some good exchanges in the first with Promex Harlem United having a slight edge in possession going close but not hitting the target. Promex Harlem United finally broke the dead lock in the 45 minute when Casey Ernest was sent clear on goal from a Jaleel Daniel pass down the right flank he outran two pursuing defenders and slotted the ball through the legs of the Do it Center Mighty Avengers Goalkeeper for the 1 goal to nil lead to end the half.

No Club was able to take control of the second half with Do it Mighty Avengers seeking the equalizer and Promex Harlem United looking to extend their lead. Do it Center Mighty Avengers eventually got the equalizer when their Striker went through down the middle of the Promex Harlem United defense and slotted home pass the indecisive Harlem United Goalkeeper to make it 1 all.

Both teams made several substitutions, but it was Promex Harlem United double substitutes Konrad Simon and Tyrese JnoBaptiste combination which made the immediate impact. Within less than two minutes of being on the Konrad picked up the ball in Promex Harlem United half got pass his defender played a one two combination with Captain Donan Jervier who's pass sent him free down the Do it Center Mighty Avengers right defense he out paced the Do it Center Mighty Avengers defenders and played in a well waited pass the Striker Tyrese JnoBaptiste who made no mistake to give Promex Harlem United the 2 goals to 1 lead. Promex Harlem United was able to see out the rest of the match comfortably to secure the 2 goals to 1 victory.

Promex Harlem United captain Donan Jervier was selected as the Player of the match.

New Year, New Era, New Season, Fresh start.

The team is hard at training in preparation for their opening match of the 2026 DFA Premier League season against newly promoted Do it Center Mighty Avengers, on Friday 24th April at 7:00pm at the DFA Technical Training Center in Stockfarm.

Harlem United Sports Club played it's first pre-season match after just over four weeks of preparation for the 2026 DFA Premier League football season.

Harlem United played the Division One outfit South City FC at the (MECCA) in Newtown on Thursday 2nd April 2026.

Harlem United came off with a 2 nil victory in a tough encounter which at times looked like a League match instead of a friendly. Harlem United fulling a rather youthful team with a number of Senior players and a few new signings control possession for the most part. The team had some good patches of stringing over 8 to 10 consecutive passes together during the match. The starting backline including the Goalkeeper were 20 years and under lead by Elvon, Cole and Makai were able to secure a clean sheet. They were not without mistakes but looked comfortable.

The midfield lead by Senior players Donan, Tyreke, McChris and youths Mills, Ajani and Konrad mostly controlled the midfield.

Harlem United created a number of opportunities but came of with the 2 nil victory. Donan opened the scoring after a well executed attack down the right With Konrad playing a well waited pass to Donan in the box who converted despite the South City Goalkeeper getting a hand to the ball.

Jahleel Daniel coming in as a substitute in the second half converted a very confident goal after receiving a long cross field pass from Donan brought the ball down neatly dribbling pass the defender and placed his shoot to the right of the South City Goalkeeper into the goal for the comfortable two nil victory.

It was a good showing from the boys under new Head Coach and Staff, hoping to get at least 2 more friendly matches with a few weeks left before Harlem United kick of the season against Do it Center Mighty Avengers Football Club.
