Good morning friends. I get this question a lot so here’s my short answer. I didn’t want to bore you 😎
QUESTION❓: Do I need to rest between workouts?
ANSWER ✅: Rest days are just as important as exercise. In fact, a successful fitness routine isn’t complete without rest days.
Taking regular breaks allows your body to recover and repair. It’s a vital part of progress, regardless of your experience or fitness level. Otherwise, skipping rest days can lead to overtraining or even worse, a burnout 🤯

Nutrition is as important as training. If you want the best results possible, training alone will NEVER be enough. What and when you eat are equally as important.
I discovered cooking during the first lockdown and it’s been a true love story since 🥰
On the menu today, it’s salmon & tilapia with baked potatoes and a salad 🥗

❓QUESTION: How do I get a FLAT stomach?
✅ ANSWER: Well, the abdominals (abs) are just like any other muscle group: for their definition to become visible, they must grow larger and the fat that lies over them must decrease.
What makes the definition of the abs so difficult to see is that they are situated in the area of the body that contains the most fat 😅
Training the abdominals is only half the story. The second part is nutrition. I can guarantee you that there is no specific diet for flat stomach or to "burn belly-fat". It's all about balance between your energy expenditure and your caloric intake.
If you want to loose fat, you have to get less energy than you use. Of course you should eat healthy food (I bet you know what that means 😂) and ensure a sufficient protein intake. In the end you will get the results you want when you combine progressive training (resistance & endurance) and proper eating.
