✅يُشارك السيد "مصطفى حيداوي"، وزير الشباب، مكلّف بالمجلس الأعلى للشباب، في فعاليات المهرجان الدولي للشباب 2026، المنظّم بمدينة يكاترينبورغ الروسية، خلال الفترة الممتدة من 11 إلى 17 سبتمبر 2026، بمشاركة نحو 10 آلاف شاب وقيادي شبابي من 190 دولة.
وتندرج هذه المشاركة في إطار تعزيز حضور الجزائر في المحافل الدولية المعنية بالشباب، وتوسيع مجالات التعاون وتبادل التجارب والخبرات، إلى جانب إبراز التجربة الجزائرية في مجال تمكين الشباب ومرافقتهم، وتعزيز مشاركتهم في الحياة العامة ومسارات التنمية.
وسيستعرض السيد الوزير جهود الدولة الجزائرية، بقيادة رئيس الجمهورية، السيد "عبد المجيد تبون"، في الاستثمار في قدرات الشباب ودعم مبادراتهم، لاسيما في مجالات الابتكار، ريادة الأعمال، العمل التطوعي، والمشاركة المدنية، إلى جانب آليات الحوار وإشراك الشباب في صياغة السياسات والبرامج ذات الصلة بانشغالاتهم وتطلعاتهم.
كما سيتم إبراز دور المجلس الأعلى للشباب في تعزيز الحوار المؤسساتي، ومرافقة الكفاءات والمبادرات الشبابية، فضلًا عن مساهمة الجزائر في دعم المبادرات الشبابية الإفريقية، لاسيما مبادرة «One Million Next Level» التابعة للاتحاد الإفريقي.
وعلى هامش المهرجان، سيجري السيد الوزير لقاءات مع عدد من المسؤولين والقيادات الشبابية، خاصة من الدول الإفريقية، لبحث آفاق التعاون في مجالات التكوين والابتكار، وريادة الأعمال، والمشاركة المجتمعية، والعمل التطوعي، إلى جانب مشاركة الوفد الشبابي الجزائري في مختلف الورشات والبرامج المقررة.
وتكتسي المشاركة الجزائرية أهمية خاصة، بالنظر إلى الإقبال اللافت من الشباب الجزائري، حيث جاءت الجزائر ضمن الدول الثلاث الأولى من حيث عدد طلبات المشاركة الأجنبية، من بين أكثر من 113 ألف طلب مقدّم من 190 دولة.
وتشكّل هذه المشاركة محطة مهمة لتعزيز حضور الجزائر في فضاءات الحوار الشبابي الدولي، وتوسيع شبكة التعاون والشراكة، بما يخدم تطلعات الشباب ويفتح أمامهم آفاقًا جديدة.

The Minister of Youth, in charge of the Higher Council for Youth, Mr. Moustafa Hidaoui, is participating in the activities of the International Youth Festival 2026, being held in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation, from 11 to 17 September 2026, with the participation of approximately 10,000 young people and youth leaders from 190 countries.
This participation forms part of Algeria’s efforts to strengthen its presence in international forums dedicated to youth, expand avenues for cooperation and the exchange of experiences and expertise, and showcase the Algerian experience in youth empowerment and support, as well as in promoting young people’s participation in public life and development processes.
During his participation, the Minister will highlight the efforts undertaken by the Algerian State, under the leadership of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to invest in the capacities and potential of young people and support their initiatives, particularly in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, volunteering and civic participation, alongside mechanisms for dialogue with young people and their involvement in the development of policies and programmes addressing their concerns and aspirations.
The participation will also highlight the role of the Higher Council for Youth in strengthening institutional dialogue, supporting youth skills and initiatives, as well as Algeria’s contribution to supporting African youth initiatives, particularly the “One Million Next Level” initiative of the African Union.
On the sidelines of the Festival, the Minister will hold meetings with a number of officials and youth leaders, particularly from African countries, to explore prospects for cooperation in the fields of training, innovation, entrepreneurship, community participation and volunteering, alongside the participation of the Algerian youth delegation in the various workshops and programmes scheduled as part of the Festival.
The Algerian participation is of particular significance in view of the strong interest shown by Algerian youth, with Algeria ranking among the top three countries in terms of the number of international applications, out of more than 113,000 applications submitted from 190 countries.
This participation represents an important milestone in strengthening Algeria’s presence in international youth dialogue platforms and expanding its network of cooperation and partnerships, in a manner that serves the aspirations of young people and opens up new opportunities for them.
