Message to my sponsors Running4NiñosdelArcoIris : a special run this afternoon. My first 10K in Peru, the homeland of the Niños. And how great it is to run along the Pacific North Coast beach. Mild temperatures and a light breeze. I could have run for hours. And what special encounters on my way : a big pelican standing still as I approached, children creating beautiful sand sculptures, red crabs running all around me, fishing boats ready to sail off. And last but not least : a 1,5 m long dead sealion, washed upon the shore. It would be a tourist attraction in our place, being surrounded by hundreds of paparazzi. Here he was just lying on his own, decomposing. What a unique scenery. Running is never boring.
