Finland and Sweden have just become the first nations to order Patria's brand-new TrackX armored vehicle! 🇫🇮🇸🇪

Designed as the ultimate modern replacement for legacy M113 and MT-LB fleets, the TrackX is built to dominate the Arctic. With exceptionally wide rubber tracks, an adjustable hydropneumatic suspension, and a flat hull, this beast effortlessly navigates deep snow, marshes, and sand.

It weighs in at around 15 tonnes fully loaded, carries up to 10 troops in mine- and blast-resistant seats, and can mount a 12.7mm machine gun. Deliveries for rigorous joint field testing begin in 2027, paving the way for full serial production. A massive leap forward for Nordic defense and mobility in extreme conditions! ❄️🛡️

Poland has unveiled a new field uniform for its armed forces, designed to improve soldiers’ camouflage, safety, and comfort.

Its most distinctive feature is the new five-color “Ryś,” or “Lynx,” camouflage pattern, developed with input from Polish special forces.

The pattern is designed to blend into Poland’s forests and vegetation while also providing effective camouflage in urban areas.

At least 7,500 sets will be manufactured in Poland and delivered this year. The government has allocated €230 million for the wider rollout next year.
