Come join us this Friday, October 27th, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Earth Studio for King Pigeon Flow and a cup of tea with Salma El-Amir.
The workshop includes a 60-minute flow focusing on shoulder mobility, spinal opening, hip flexors, and outer hip opening, working towards the king pigeon pose.
Then we will have a post-yoga tea and an open discussion for 30 minutes.
