Dynamic stretching is a moving stretch that can mimic the movement that your training. This can include very deep lunges for a squat workout. These are great for getting blood flow and activation all
over the body.
Static stretching is a stationary stretch that is great for after a workout. It helps recovery and also improves flexibility.
