It was a privilege to partner with JTI in activating culture through the Our Way model “ Let’s Bring Our Human Best” turning values into real behaviors that shape how people think, decide, and lead.

A moment where people paused and asked:
How do I actually show up every day?

From an organizational psychology lens, culture is not what we say, it’s what we reinforce, model, and repeat. When people are clear on the why behind their behaviors, behaviors become intentional, alignment becomes natural and as a result performance becomes sustainable.

In a world where AI is reshaping everything, our humanity becomes our greatest strength to activate: self-awareness, accountability, trust, curiosity, and collaboration. And when humans are activated, AI becomes an amplifier not a replacement or threat.

Deep gratitude to the JTI team who showed up with such presence, openness, and energy, and special thanks to Pola Rafik and Mariam Hassan for their leadership, care, and incredible coordination in making this experience truly impactful.

في عالم الذكاء الاصطناعي فيه بيغيّر كل حاجة، إنسانيتنا بتبقى هي أقوى نقطة نفعّلها الوعي بالذات، تحمّل المسؤولية، الثقة، الفضول، والتعاون. ولما مهارات الإنسان حقيقي تتفعّل، الذكاء الاصطناعي بيبقى مُضخِّم لقوّتنا… مش بديل ولا تهديد
