• 1+ years in prospecting Businesses it could be in a call center or finding sponsors for your student activities. Simply a track record of contacting clients and setting meetings in a professional manner
• Experience in working with HR people, or an existing network is a strong plus
• Results oriented, here to reach the objective not just do the task
• Organized, and detail oriented
• Extrovert, and loves meeting new people.
• Proactive about his/her learning curve
• We care about our culture, selected candidates will always be +ve, energetic and fun to be around.

Our design & development team is where all the magic happens. Developing new courses from concept to ex*****on, virtualizing courses and a lot of researching concepts to be used in our different courses, and our custom projects.

Ideal candidates for this team will be:
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong visual skills with power point
• Passionate about descriptive and creative writing
• Adobe products are a strong plus; knowledge of E-learning software is a plus (adobe captivate, storyline, etc..)
• Fast learner, creative and detail oriented
• Agile, keen about embracing new experiences.
• We care about the culture so our selected candidates will always be positive & fun to be around

We are looking for
1) Design & Development Executive

• 1 + years of experience in instructional design, with a training provider, or in a L&D department, or with student activities
• Passion & effectiveness in Research. A book worm who enjoys reading developmental and learning books.

2) Senior Design & Development executive
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design
• Able to apply different learning theories during development.
• Detail Oriented with an eagle eye for revising and evaluating learning content material
• Experience in virtual, E learning is a strong plus
• Track record of developing interactive courses, tools from concept to delivery
