Also, SAFE's "Personal Training: A Borader Look at Exercise(TM)" is now recognized as the "true mark of excellence" for personal trainers. Since February 2005, we have also managed to establish ourselves as the Middle-East representative for

the biggest production company for fitness music in the world : Power Music. We are also the sole agents in the Middle-East for the distribution of DVD workouts of fitness super-star Christi Taylor. In September 2005, SAFE® organized and hosted the first International Fitness Convention in the history of the Middle-East, under the name of “Global Wellness”. SAFE® intends to maintain this tradition every two years. Fitness professionals in Egypt and the Middle-East will no longer have to travel to Europe or the United States to renew their certifications or to get certified. It will all be available to them here, in Egypt, with the compliments of SAFE®! After the huge success of our SAFE Convention – now known as “the fitness convention of the Middle-East” – and recognizing the international growth of mind-and-body approaches in the fitness arena worldwide, we have decided that it was time to have a conference dedicated for just that... hence, the ZEN Conference! Starting last year, we at SAFE Academy, added the ZEN Conference to our regular fitness education events. Since we always try to bring you the best and most practical information available worldwide, the ZEN Conference features some of the most valuable workshops and master-classes that can benefit all mind-and-body instructors and practitioners alike. Specifically designed for presentation in health clubs, fitness facilities or other group exercise locations, YogaFit® allows a facility to offer a complement to existing group exercise programming, which improves performance in all activities.The company and training program have expanded and now feature internationally renowned programs for training fitness professionals in the YogaFit® style. YogaFit® joins the ZEN Conference to bring their extensive knowledge and expertise to the Middle-East through their famous certification course, and a series of master-classes. SAFE Academy also brings a variety of workshops and master-classes to help introduce the group fitness instructors from various backgrounds and teaching aspirations to the mind-and-body concept.
