The phenomenal pentathlete Ahmed Osama Elgendy just set a record that will remain unbroken for generations in Modern Pentathlon. This year 2018, he won the Gold medal in Youth Olympics, the Gold medal in youth world championship and the Gold medal in Junior world championship. Congratulations to you Ahmed, your parents, your coaches and to the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Federation - EMPF.

A historic moment just occurred yesterday the 13th of Oct 2018.
The Egyptian Modern Pentathlete, Salma Ayman Abdelmaksoud attained the Gold Medal in Youth Olympics held at Argentina. She is the first to attain a Youth Olympic Medal in that Sport from Egypt. We would like to Congratulate Salma, her parents, her team of coaches and the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Federation - EMPF for such a breakthrough.

أحرزت لاعبة الخماسي الحديث سلمى أيمن عبد المقصود ذهبية أولمبياد الشباب بالأرجنتين و الجدير بالذكر أنها أول من أحرز ميدالية في أولمبياد شباب في هذه اللعبة لمصر. مبروك لسلمى، والديها، مدربيها، الإتحاد المصري للخماسي الحديث.

TEMPO Sports will hold a Laser Run event (Shooting + Running) for all ages on Friday the 24th of August 2018 at Amwaj – Sedi Abdelrahman – North Coast
A relay race for seniors of 3 persons.
Individual race for youth of ages 7 till 12 years old.
Shooting trainings will start at Amwaj beach from Thursday the 16th of August till Wednesday 22nd of August 2018.
