My life for the past few years has been a huge amount of work, a lot of responsibilities over my family and very little time for rest.
Gladly this vacation we managed to escape Cairo.
It was a lot of sun, a lot of fun and little photography as well.
I was reminded again how much I love Architectural Geometry.
Should I continue taking photos?

It’s time to make room for safer, healthier and more efficient training - Zone 2 Training of Aerobic training.
It does not mean that High Intensity should be avoided all together. It means that High Intensity should be given in correct doses.
What I’m planning to do with Zone 2?
I am including 2-3 hours per week of steady HR training. Mainly on a stationary bicycle (because I want to develop my cycling skills). You can do it while walking / jogging / swimming. Most importantly to avoid Heart Rate fluctuations and try to build that endurance bit by bit.
Anyone else feeling like trying Zone 2?
