Thank you to everyone who took the time to reach out, share a kind word, send a thoughtful message, or simply remember me. Every gesture, no matter how simple, was genuinely meaningful and deeply appreciated.

Moments like this are a beautiful reminder that life is not only measured by the milestones we achieve, but also by the people we meet, the connections we build, and the kindness we receive along the way.

I’m truly thankful for the wonderful people in my life and for every message that added a little more warmth and happiness to my day.

A closer look at where Egypt’s mining future is heading. 🇪🇬

I was pleased to attend the Egypt Mining Forum
2026, held on 28–29 September, bringing together government leaders, global mining companies, investors, international institutions, and industry experts from more than 50 countries.

Under the theme “Unlocking Egypt and the Arabian Nubian Shield’s Exploration Potential,” the Forum highlighted an important transformation taking place across Egypt’s mining sector from unlocking exploration opportunities and attracting investment to strengthening project pipelines, technology, and the wider minerals value chain.

What stood out to me was not only the scale of the opportunities, but also the importance of the people and capabilities behind them.

Sustainable growth in mining requires more than resources and investment; it requires strong leadership, future-ready talent, skills development, innovation, and a culture capable of supporting transformation.

As a People & Culture Consultant, I found the discussions particularly relevant to the evolving role of people in building competitive and sustainable industries.

An inspiring two days of insights, connections, and conversations and a valuable perspective on the opportunities ahead for Egypt and the Arabian-Nubian Shield.

Peace is not something we simply wish for.

Peace is something we build, protect, and invest in every day.

It starts in the way we listen to one another.
In the way we respect differences.
In the way we create inclusive workplaces and communities.
In the way we give people a voice, protect their dignity, and choose dialogue over division.

As a long-time volunteer, I strongly believe that building better communities is also an investment in peace.

Every act of kindness.
Every opportunity we create for someone to grow.
Every conversation that bridges a difference.
Every young person we empower.
Every community we bring together.

These may seem like small actions, but together, they become the foundation of a more peaceful world.

This , let us remember that we are all everyday architects of peace.

عام دراسي جديد… لا تبدأه فقط بالكتب ابدأه برؤية جديدة لنفسك.

إلى كل طالب وطالبة في المدرسة والجامعة: هذا العام ليس مجرد فصل دراسي جديد وليس مجرد امتحانات ودرجات وشهادة في النهاية.

هذا العام فرصة حقيقية لتبني نفسك. تعلم.. ليس فقط لتنجح في الامتحان بل لتصبح قادرًا على النجاح في الحياة.

طوّر مهاراتك… لأن سوق العمل لا يبحث فقط عن من يحفظ المعلومات بل عن من يستطيع أن يفكر ويتواصل ويحل المشكلات ويتعلم بسرعة ويصنع قيمة حقيقية.

جرّب.
اسأل.
اقرأ.
تطوع.
شارك.
كوّن علاقات جيدة.
اكتشف نقاط قوتك.
واعترف بنقاط ضعفك واعمل على تطويرها. ولا تجعل خوفك من الفشل يمنعك من المحاولة.

الفشل ليس عكس النجاح… أحيانًا يكون جزءًا أساسيًا من الطريق إليه. ولا تقارن نفسك بزملائك. لكل شخص توقيته وظروفه ورحلته. قارن نفسك فقط بـ «نسختك بالأمس».

إذا كنت اليوم أفضل قليلًا مما كنت عليه بالأمس فأنت تتحرك في الاتجاه الصحيح. ومن واقع عملي في مجال الموارد البشرية ومن خبرتي كـ مدرب مهنى ؛ أستطيع أن أقول لكم شيئًا مهمًا:

المستقبل المهني لا يبدأ يوم تخرجك. المستقبل المهني يبدأ من الطريقة التي تفكر بها والمهارات التي تبنيها والشخصية التي تطورها والقرارات التي تتخذها من الآن.

لا تدرس فقط من أجل وظيفة.. استعد لتكون شخصًا يستحق الفرصة عندما تأتي.

آمن بنفسك.
ارفع سقف طموحك.
استثمر في نفسك.
واجعل هذا العام نقطة تحول حقيقية في حياتك.

قد لا تستطيع أن ترى الآن إلى أين ستصل بعد 5 أو 10 سنوات…

لكن تذكّر: كل إنجاز كبير بدأ بخطوة صغيرة وكل مستقبل عظيم بدأ بقرار.. وقرارك يمكن أن يكون اليوم.

أتمنى لكم عامًا دراسيًا مليئًا بالتعلم والنمو والنجاح والفرص والأهم: اكتشاف الإمكانيات الحقيقية التي بداخلكم.

بالتوفيق لكل طلاب المدارس والجامعات في بداية عام دراسي جديد. 👏

Since 1984… 📻

Imagine being an HR Professional in the 80s.

No LinkedIn. No HRIS. No AI. No Zoom interviews. No employee engagement platforms. No instant analytics.

Just people, conversations, handwritten files, face-to-face interviews, and the ability to truly listen.

Back then, HR was built around something that technology can never replace: Human Connection.

An HR professional in 1984 had to understand people without dashboards, build trust without engagement surveys, solve conflicts through conversation, and develop talent through observation and experience.

Fast-forward to today, and the tools have completely changed but the essence of HR hasn’t.

Technology can make HR faster.
Data can make HR smarter.
AI can make HR more powerful.
But empathy, trust, and human connection make HR meaningful.

So, if I were an HR Professional in 1984, I might not have had all today’s tools, But I would still have the most important one:

The ability to understand people.

And perhaps that is the greatest lesson HR has carried with it from 1984 to 2026.

Since 1984, different tools, same purpose: putting people at the heart of organizations.

It was a great pleasure meeting and connecting with so many HR professionals during the People & Culture Centric Seminar - Wellbeing Edition powered by Blissify.

It was a truly successful and inspiring event, filled with valuable insights, meaningful discussions, and opportunities to exchange experiences and perspectives on the future of Wellbeing.

A big thank you to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who contributed to making the event a memorable one. It was a pleasure being part of such an engaging HR community, and I look forward to more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together.
