Mariam Sobhy

Mariam practiced Ashtanga yoga with many teachers learning from each teacher she met. Yoga is a life style for her not only a physical exercise to increase flexibility, it went beyond that, it's a meditative tool, a practice of de-attaching oneself from surroundings. It became her tool for self awareness, self care & Self love. Mariam is a very strong believer in Pattahbi Joise’s say:
“Ashtanga Yoga is 99% practice, 1% theory…do your practice and all is coming”

Mariam also started her coaching career in 2012. She is a Certified Professional Coach, acquired her certification from ICA (International Coaching Academy, accredited by ICF). Currently, she is working as life & executive coach and coaching clients in many different countries (Egypt, Australia, India, Greece, USA and Canada). She has experience in different coaching niches e.g Parenting, weight lose, life and executive coaching. Through her transformational journey, Mariam found a great help through practicing yoga and being coached, these two supports helped her to go through the change she dreamed of. Mariam believes that Yoga & coaching are related in a way that they both have the same objective of TRANSFORMATION, just with different approach and techniques. Mariam became a dedicated yoga teacher and life/executive coach to pass her personal experience to others and help them achieve the change they dream of.
