I have communicated with my own guides, and other people's guides for many years and it brings me such comfort. That soul that knows your path better than you, that can help you make the right choices, that can be the constant friend just there for times of loneliness or joy.
We'll help you learn to quiten your mind to allow their words to come through without you second guessing.
Each session will be in my Zen Den in Prestwick for 2 hours, run over 3 separate weeks, to allow you time to practice.

We will go over the history, from early practices to the modern world and then dive into practical workshop where you will learn to use it in your everyday life…… which can be used for daily check in or a full in depth look at your path ahead.
We'll help you to relax and not think, allowing the teachings to come forward so you can get the clear messages. It will be fun, and it's so exciting when it starts to flow.

Just a wee note to say... I’m having a couple of weeks off to rest and recharge. (That old saying... you can’t pour from an empty cup comes to mind!)

I have space on a Wednesday Eve available if anyone wants to come along!

Its a different type of class, some Yin, some Pilates, using props like yoga blocks, straps and pilates balls to help support our bodies in the postures. Good for your core and for improving flexibility.
