the Japanese word Reiki (霊気) literally means life force. Reiki ensures growth and a restoration of imbalance & encourage emotional or physical healing. When you experience heavy emotions or stress, physical blockages in the body arise. This mostly appears in physical or emotional discomfort. You can compare this with breathing, if you are relaxed your breathing will be calm, if you are stressed you are going out of you natural breathing ritm. The breath will shift from your belly to your chest. If this happens you literally consume less air, which means, less life force. In the end we could go days without water or food, but could we go one day without breathing? We most likely seem to underestimate the power of breath. Reiki is a meditation to bring back the life force naturally, physically and mentally, its an energy that exist in you, while rebalancing the chakras. The session includes an intake, breathing exercises, a meditation, & h🤍mework.
