⚠️ NEW WORKSHOP ⚠️

🫣 Who else is guilty?
🙋🏻♀️ “I am sorry I am late!”
🙋🏻♀️ “I am sorry for not replying earlier!”
🙋🏻♀️ “I am sorry for…”
🧐 Research shows that changing “I am sorry” to “thank you” boosts self-esteem and satisfaction not only for yourself, but also on the receiving end of your words!
Saying “Thank you” instead of “Sorry” shows that you think from the perspective of the other person and appreciate their effort.
😇 It is still a learning process for me, but since I have been paying special attention on that I am feeling so much better!

😖 I was a People Pleaser.
🤔 I was searching for my purpose.
