Game 8. Atletico Madrid v Athletic Bilbao. Sights, actions, stars, villains, this one had it all.

When I started coaching, I was in my first coaching course and the instructor made a comment about how it (coaching) is not all about the X’s and O’s. Me at 19, rolled my eyes hard and thought to myself “this guy is just wrong.” Fast forward 21 years to now and I laugh at myself at my youthful arrogance. Communication, relationships, trust and more that have nothing to do with tactics but maybe have a bigger impact on your group. I hope that end of the day no one cares about what I know but they all believe that I care.
