⚡ THREE STEPS to Lean up, Pack on Solid Muscle & Get your Mojo back you can implement as a busy professional without giving up your favorite foods:
1. Eat less foods that DEcrease Testosterone Production in Men:
- Tofu
- Soy Products (incl. Tofu)
- White Flour & Sugar Products
- Alcohol
INSTEAD eat more foods that naturally INcrease Testosterone Production:
- Meat and Fish
- Eggs
- Nuts
- Olives (oil)
- Avocado
- Greens
- Fruits
- Rice
- Wholegrains
- Cocoa / Dark Chocolate
- Micronutrients and Minerals
2. Progressive Strength & Power Training with Weights / High Intensity Intervall Training (H.I.I.T)
- Make sure you challenge yourself to get stronger in basic compound lifts in the GYM: Barbell & Dumbbell Presses, Squats, Deadlifts, Rows.
- Bodyweight Training: Push Ups, Squats, Planks, Crunches, Sit Ups, Lunges (just a few basic examples)
- H.I.I.T Training: Sprints, Jump Rope, Boxing, Swimming, Bicycle, Rower
3. HABITS that will help Increase Testosterone and Overall Health:
- Sleeping Pattern, early bed early rise
- Sobriety, no alcohol / drugs
- No Po*******hy, mindless jerking off
- Identify Stressful Situations and eliminate or limit to minimum
- Walking and Spending Time in Nature

All Roads lead ro Rome 🙌🏼
It really wasn't my plan to visit the capital of Italy on this trip but somehow I ended up doing so.. 🏛️
As soon as I arrived I got captivated by it's mysterious vibe, definitely hard to describe for me. A mixture of vintage, nostalgic, classic, fine, but also struggling atmosphere was what I experienced.
Inbetween all of it Italy won the European World Championship in Soccer! 🇮🇹
Btw. Isn't it cool that with focus, intention and massive action we can reach any goal we set our mind to, even when not knowing the exact process yet?.. I experienced that over and over again. We become what we focus upon and move towards on a daily basis 🙏🏼
