I’ve seen far too many people trying to lose weight the unhealthy way.
It may be from starvation, fasting or Very low - calorie diets.
Is this optimal u may ask? Definitely not!
Drastic calorie restriction takes a heavy toll on your body.
It could even cause a shift toward a higher percentage of body fat!
Stop depriving yourself from foods! Your body needs those macronutrients for proper functioning of the human body.
Ideally this is the healthiest way to lose weight…

Four years of hard work! 🔥💪
As you can see on my before picture I was a little toned and gained a bit of muscle at the time. I had started training at home for a couple of weeks doing body weight exercises.
Then not long after that, i decided to join the gym as I was very limited with what I could do at home to enhance my physique and wanted to take it to the next level!
The journey begun, let me tell you how I got hooked on this fitness journey! It all started with a desire to make positive changes in my life. I took that first step into the gym and instantly felt the rush of endorphins and the satisfaction of pushing my limits. The more I worked out, the more I fell in love with the the progress. It became my escape, my therapy, and my ultimate stress reliever. Seeing the physical changes in my body fueled my motivation even more. I became addicted to the feeling of accomplishment and the sense of empowerment that came with each workout. It’s become a part of who I am now, and I can’t imagine my life without it. This fitness journey has transformed not just my body, but my mind and spirit as well. It’s a journey that I’ll continue to embrace and enjoy every single day! 💫💪
